The location is central, a definite plus. Staff members were indeed helpful and polite. Free parking behind the building provided added convenience. License plate registration at reception was straightforward. Breakfast offered good variety, a strong point.

Convenient Stay Near the Station

clear signage clean room helpful staff

the location proved quite beneficial as it was near the station. the clear signage made the hotel easy to locate from afar. i found my room very clean when i checked in. the staff provided assistance and clarity when i arrived, which i found helpful.

the hotel car park did have an adjacent bin store, it overlooked my room. loud conversations disturbed my sleep between 230 am on both nights, as individuals gathered there. i reported this issue upon checkout, and i now understand it has been ongoing.

great city center stay!

helpful staff friendly housekeeping flavorful curry

The staff was very helpful. hannah from housekeeping was especially friendly! breakfast was great with everything covered and replaced quickly. i enjoyed a very flavorful chicken katsu curry one evening. The portion was generous.

friendly staff clean room

The hotel is conveniently located near many amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly, which I appreciated. The room was clean. I booked a Double Room and found it spacious enough (good amount of room to move around).

The hotel infrastructure seems a bit worn. I also noticed that there were no USB ports in the room, just adequate regular sockets. The lack of USB charging was slightly inconvenient.

Staff responded promptly to requests and were helpful with directions. Check-in was efficient, and the team provided useful information about local attractions (pubs and restaurants nearby are very good).

Fantastic Stay Near the Station!

The hotel is super close to the Railway Station, REALLY convenient! WiFi reached a speed of 40mbs. I also appreciated the step from the bedroom into the shower area, it helped me a lot.

I found that the carpets in the halls were not clean. The hotel requires updates to its decor.
